This website is owned by Joyinit Ltd and operated by Shopify. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Christmas and other seasons decorations/ornaments. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur without notice to the buyers. We are not accepting returns based on a change of mind! Please think carefully before placing an order.
For any damaged and/or wrong product, we will offer you a refund or exchange if you told us within 24h of receiving the goods. Once you've told us, you have 14 days to return the goods with any included accessories and packaging. We'll then exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
* this policy does not apply for goods that were handled without care and broken or damaged by the customer.
Seasonal items purchased on or after 1st of December are excluded from our 14 day hassle free returns policy unless they arrived damaged and we are notified at maximum 24hours after receiving the goods.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if the courier in your area leaves your package unattended and it goes missing, we cannot be held accountable for it. In some areas, couriers are quite harsh with the packages and we reserve the right to stop shipping to certain addresses where we encountered these issues.
We do not accept returns for items who were on sale between if they are slightly faulty but still useable.
Warranty
On all articles that you buy online at 25christmaslane.co.uk a legal warranty applies. This means that an article must be in good condition and must function properly with normal use. When you receive an item that’s faulty or damaged, we offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible. Depending on the item, we will do this by replacing or (partly) refunding your purchase amount.
When does the warranty not apply?
You can’t make a claim for replacement or refund when:
- The wear and tear can be considered normal.
- Changes have been made to or in the article, including repairs carried out by third parties other than the service or repair services designated by the manufacturer.
- Defects occurred as a result of improper use.
- Damage has been caused by wilful intent, gross negligence or improper maintenance.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
All product prices shown include VAT at the 20% Rate.
We do not cover taxes and customs outside UK. Customers from European countries and rest of the world are responsible to pay any tax required by their government.
ORDERS
All orders that you place on 25christmaslane.co.uk will be subject to acceptance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The confirmation stage of the checkout process sets out the details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the products you have ordered followed by your invoice. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
Joyinit/25 Christmas Lane reserves the right to either accept or reject an Order from you at any time or for any reason.
If we reject your Order we will notify you of our decision via email or text message within 1 business day of you placing the Order. If we reject an Order and your payment for the Goods has already been processed we will refund the money you have paid to us for that Order within 1 business day. Receipt of your refund will be determined by your financial institution and the time taken by them to process your refund. If payment was made with Klarna or Clearpay, they will be the ones who will make the refund.
PRE-ORDERS
All the goods in pre-order are currently being made and are expected to arrive at a later date in the year. Due to world situation and from last 2 years experience, some delays can occur but I will keep you updated constantly about shipping dates.
* Pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless delivery date is well behind the expected time frame. However, no order will be cancelled before November.
*Pre-orders should not include items that are currently in stock and they are a separate transaction. If items that are in stock are included, they will be cancelled, but an email will be sent before any action is taken.
When you purchase an item in pre-order you agree with all the above terms.
DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Discount Codes
Only one voucher code can be used per transaction and we cannot retrospectively apply a voucher code to your order. If you place an order without correctly applying the promotional code, or if you receive a voucher code through a marketing email or a social media promotion after you have placed an order, we are not able to reimburse you, regardless of how recently the order was placed. If you believe that you have a valid promotional code that is not working, please contact us so that we can investigate this. We cannot accept any promotional codes after their stated expiry date.
Please note: discount vouchers cannot be used by trade customers or those with an existing discount arrangement.
We do not offer discount codes to first time customers.
Promotions
We do not offer price matching for items in sale events, promotions or in the event of a price reduction.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights and all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. Any attempt to copy, store or share content and information for commercial purposes is strongly prohibited. You must not attempt (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to attempt) to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from this website.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law Joyinit Ltd and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
